Fine Motor Skills

Fine motor skills refer to activities such as pinching, grasping and manipulating small objects.  Improvement in this area will increase concentration, handwriting skills, and life skills such as buttoning and tying.  These skills are key to a new level of independence for children with Autism, Sensory Integration difficulties and ADHD.

Marble Maze  $18.50

This maze is one of the most effective fine motor builders.  A marble is encased in a maze of stitching on satin fabric.  As the marble is moved through the maze, hand-eye coordination and the muscles used for writing are improved.  Maze measures 8 1/2" x 11".  Blue with red thread.
